Ongoing development

Ongoing development was pretty good today.

- Teleport gates around the map work.
- Added a few more maps
- Cleaned up a couple of other maps.
- Drew a couple of (similar) icons
- Added some more design info into my wiki notes (what towns have what kind of shops, etc, what teleport goes where at when)
