C’mon you Irons

Arse!! What can I say, my beloved West Ham United Football Club lost 1-0 to Crystal Palace and failed in getting promotion. Another year in the First Division.

Bleargh.

Ahh well, I feel I must support them anyway, even if they are repeat loosers. So close… To loose in the playoff final… nevermind.

Being here in America I didnt get to see the match, I get to check the scores on the BBC sports page. I feel so remote from all the soccer happenings over here. It really is unheard of, and the MLS is sooo crap its just not funny…

And there is no rugby coverage at all here. Despite that soccer is more well known here than rugby, I feel its an injustice that there is nothing on tv here....

Wedding Plans

We have narrowed it down, wel nailed it down is more like, to getting married in Harpers Ferry on the 18th of June, 2005.

Clear your schedules, and bring your bathers. We are all going white water rafting after the dinner (marriage in the morning, light snacks, then rafting).

You can all swim right?? Hmm i need to add a wedding category.

Greenville and Greensbrough

Tomorow Joy and I leave for Greenville and Greensbrough for a few days, then we come home and drive up to Harpers Ferry to be interviewed for the AT hike documentary (coz we fell in love and are getting married, it would make good tv or something).

So yeah. Lots of car driving tomorow.

I also read (under sufferance...) Harry Potter book 1… What can I say? it bored me to tears. Read it in a couple of hours. Its kinda.. crap I feel. I have been told it gets better. I will peruse book two and if its not, well I wont bother… Apart from that… It was such a yawn. But its a kids book so I cant really complain too much. (It would have been nice if there was a bit more meat in it but anyway)…
